Best sales experience I've ever had at any dealership! Was able to do 95% of the deal over the phone and just had to go in and sign papers. That's how anyone should be able to buy a vehicle. Everyone from the sales staff (Brandon and Joe) to Sales Manager and Finance worked extremely well to get the deal done over the phone. Very well done.
After A MONTH of loaner cars (cars. Not a truck. Can't take the dog, can't haul stuff, can't do any of the things we bought the truck for), the payment was due and we had driven our truck 4 days. It was ridiculous. I called service about twice a week for updates. They NEVER initiated contact. They tried sending the truck home with us once saying it was fixed, but it wasn't.
Once they got their deal though, that's where the excellent customer service ended. Our truck needed a couple small repairs that we knew about when we left. On the drive home though, all of the dash alerts started sounding. The instrument panel freaked out. When we let Guaranty know, they gave us lip service about wanting to help us. We made an appointment for the small things and asked them to look in to the instrument panel issue. Chico gave us a loaner car that was similar (newer, but very basic model)to ours and said he could get us in to it for the same price if we wanted to just bring the other truck back. Clearly, he didn't want the head ache of repairing the truck he sold us. We insisted though and the truck went to their service department.
It was time to do my lease return on our beautiful 2015 Equinox. Very surprised and excited to move up to a beautiful 2017 Chevy Colorado Z71 truck. Rocking team of sales,finance, and management to get everything done with an above satisfactory rate. Terri loves her new truck! Thank you all! Once we did get our truck back, a MONTH later, there was no "hey, thanks for hanging in there", no spiff, no acknowledgement of the huge inconvenience. Then BOTH Paul AND Chico had the nerve to send us a letter in the mail thanking us for our business and "we hope you will refer a friend". The nerve!
Paul Miller worked super hard for us. He was so patient as we test drove 6 trucks, with our two kids.Then, he and Chico worked for us to get the payment we wanted.
First I have to say they are very friendly. I took my truck in for recall and a headlight. The recall was free but the headlight bulb was $86?!!! They said my airbag module was out and that would be $685. Got it done at another shop for $149. If you're rich and don't mind throwing money around then you found the right place.
In and out within an hour for a oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Friendly fast and convenient service. I already recommend to my friends and family
